在PKS系統(tǒng)中通過(guò)CONTROL BUILD完成組態(tài)過(guò)程。對(duì)于PROFIBUS現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線通訊、聯(lián)鎖控制一共分為四個(gè)步驟：

　　1、 建立主通訊站，加入功能塊PBIM　BLOCK(參見(jiàn)組態(tài)流程圖的PBIM_SST)。即加入“物理”的通訊模塊。

　　2、 加入虛擬的從站設(shè)備塊(參見(jiàn)圖中的PBI_DEVICE、PROFIDRIVEDEV)，與主通訊站構(gòu)成一條PROFIBUS通訊網(wǎng)絡(luò)。即加入“虛擬”的通訊模塊。

　　3、 加入輸入輸出功能塊(參見(jiàn)圖中的PBI_INCHAN、PBI_OUTCHAN)，對(duì)應(yīng)從站的輸入輸出地址。

　　4、 將PBI_INCHAN、PBI_OUTCHAN加入到相應(yīng)的控制模塊(CM)中，完成相應(yīng)的聯(lián)鎖、控制等功能。

　　具體實(shí)施步驟：

　　(一) 加入“物理”模塊

　　即在CONTROL BUILD的工程項(xiàng)目中加入PBIM硬件設(shè)備(PBIM_SST)。與其它硬件相同，必須設(shè)定每塊PBIM的名稱、所在的CNET網(wǎng)絡(luò)位置、所在的機(jī)架位置等。由于PBIM實(shí)際上是PROFIBUS的主站，因此這里必須配置它所在網(wǎng)絡(luò)的各從站的地址、名稱;配置各從站的虛擬模塊、輸入輸出偏移等(詳見(jiàn)下圖)。
